No stars , we hired riteway , Mike brown to do a hvac system, he showed up one or 2 days , didn’t put a full day in , then when we questioned him about timeline , because he had put us 2 weeks behind , he then asked for $2500 in cash to have 2 guys come in, that never happened, then he said I’ll come get the unit and give your money back, he showed up 2 days later then he said with no money , and wanting the unit, I said no when we receive our money you can take it, he then tore out yelling, threatening us , we have hired an... read more
Do NOT use this guy. He does not call back if you have problems after the install is done. He has gone completely MIA.
Have had the same experience as mentioned with the other reviews. Stay away from this contractor. Says he is coming to fix the issue but is a no show. Just hope I can get my warranty through the company I am dealing with now. This new company asked who installed the heat pump I said riteway heating technician said well it wasn't installed the right way !!!
Horrible communication and lies to you. We gave this contractor too many chances and he disappointed every time. The stories they tell you are BS and we later found out our warranty for service on our heat pump wasn't registered!!!!! Caution!!!!
Very great company! 2 men came and installed a heat pump , super friendly young fella very proper ! Very happy with there service
