Bought a heat pump and paid for install from Mike Brown on Nov 3 2025 up front cause I have to leave for work. He told me he didn’t have a receipt book on him and would give me a receipt as soon as he had it installed that week. $3500 was total cost and he never gave me the heat pump, or showed up to install it. Gave me excuse after excuse why he hadn’t come yet and then quit answering my calls.
