Going through the experience of dealing with 2 aging parents over the last 2 years, I have struggled with the healthcare provided for the maturing population. (and I am a strong willed nurse) Dr. Mathur's office was extremely responsive helping me track down lab work from another doctor, expediting an appointment and coordinating with other physicians quickly.
