I hope I.C.E doesn't show up at the warehouse doors between 7:00am and 9:00am and leaves these installers alone. They're great people. Upper management has a tendency to lie, either that, or there's a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is thinking. When I first got there, Scott showed me the office 2 doors down from his, and also said there was more upstairs. Awful experience and very unprofessional. They came out about a year and a half ago and all the flooring needed replaced because they laid it over top of dirt and you could see it bubbling. They came to fix it and added a bunch a nails to the flooring which ruined my finished basement. They wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Now after the replacement of the floor a year later and the flooring looks worse then it did the first time. I would never advise anyone to ever use this company.
