Riterate energy was great until they backed out of our 3 year contract (2.5 years early) without notice.
Entered into a 12 month agreement in August 2021. Was notified by Met Ed that Rite Rate had ended my contract effective 04/19/2022. Agreement stated that Rite Rate was to provide in writing notice of cancellation 60 and 30 days prior to the effective date. Never received notification from Rite Rate. Contacted Rite Rate and was told agreement was cancelled because their cost went up. As the old saying goes buyer beware. Would give zero stars if I could. Highly recommend you look elsewhere
