Their policies are made up based on customers. It’s ok to pay $100-$500. Went to collect $2000 for my son’s tuition from his dad. I was told that I need 2 pieces of ID. Produced my NYS drivers license and NYS professional license ID (both with pics). Then I was told that I needed my SS #. When asked where is it written that ID was specific to SS#, conveniently none could be found. I was denied my money. Nothing about SS# was posted on their websites & of course Money Gram does not have a policy which state this policy.......... read more
