The billing department does not answer their phone. They send you a bill before billing your insurance.
you get promised a delivery date and nothing ever gets delivered. so you have to make numerous calls to the company just to get what is suppose to be a regular monthly delivery
In June 2012 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and Rite Care medical is suppose to supply me with strips and lancets. July and August I had no problem with the delivery of the items, but in September, October and now November of this year I would get a call from Rite Care medical stating that they will be delivering the supplies on a certain day, I would cancel or change doctors appoints, physical therapy etc. and my supplies would not be delivered. after calling Rite Care inquire about the supplies I would be told my de... read more
