Terrible service. They made me pay an amount and they didn't tell me what I needed to have the braces applied. I had to go to another dentist to have them do what they already did.
DO NOT go here. I signed up for the one pair a year free retainer program. But their retainers are so cheaply made they contanstanly break. My last pair cracked in the front tooth for no apparent reason and now they are saying I’m not due for another set until next June or I have to pay 268 for a set. This is apparently the 3rd pair I have gone thru since Jan? Why so cheaply made? Save your money and find some place better to go who makes retainers that don’t break for no apparent reason.
