Great environment, the staff was very kind and the doctors were very informative and proficient. I've had my treatment for a little under 3 years and just had my braces removed last month. My smile and face looks a lot better than it did 3 years ago and it overall made me more confident. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to get their orthodontic treatment!
(2021 client) I had around 10-12 appointments within 2 years and I've seen the actual orthodontist maybe twice at most. Every single appointment was a NEW person (intern/student/freshly graduated) that had no clue wth they were doing. Never updated me on my progress or anything. My very first appointment was with an inexperienced girl, and she re-applied brackets maybe 4 times on a single tooth. Within a week I had to replace 2 brackets due to poor application. Update 2025: With docbraces, I sent my mum who is an elderly 75 at the time to get a new Invisalign. However, when they came, it was too tight and caused her pain. They simply said she had to wear it and bear the pain while the retainers loosen up and there is nothing they can do on their end. Very disappointed! 2022 Review: My experience at ritebite is pretty good so far. They even accommodated me during the pandemic because I haven't had new trays for a long time.
Best Orthodontist I’ve ever been to! Staff is very nice and welcoming. Doctors know what they’re talking about and took very good care of me. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! One of the best orthodontist in the gta!
The place was very dirty looking and unsanitary, the staff was nice but was unkempt. Dandruff all over her sweater and smelled bad. Dirty nails with peeling shellac and nail extensions on one of the staff members working on my daughter's initial consultation. The dental chair was filthy. In addition, the orthodontists plan was very invasive and extreme suggesting to pull out some teeth. Plus the cost was much higher than others.
