We have been coming for years and I have had all 3 of my kids get the braces here and the staff was amazing!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I initially paid to repair a glue on 1 tooth and was clearly told that the work would be covered under a one-year warranty. Within 6 months, the repair had failed 3 separate times and now I’m being told that if it breaks again, I’ll have to pay out of pocket-despite the original assurance that it was covered for a full year.
