My daughter had a wire break on her retainer and the office hours are such that you need to go in when it’s convenient for them, not for you. Closed on Fridays which is not very customer centric and makes it inflexible for you, should you need their help and not available to come in during the week. Consider the support after your procedure, as you may be out of luck if you deal with DocBraces. Would definitely not recommend.
I was with docbraces, formerly Glasgow orthodontics for roughly 6 years. Prior to the location being purchased by and subsequently merged into this one by docbraces I felt cared for and listened to. The moment they swapped, I felt as though I was a number rather than a valued patient. Once they took over, I was borderline forced into a permanent retainer. Nice office and staff but hard to hear people when they are all wearing masks
