They were able to fix my teeth in a fast process
Dr. Luis gave me an 8 month approximate turn-around-time on my simple Invisalign treatment for spacing issues and one crooked front tooth. Treatment took over 3 years, and my issues were not resolved. I had to request attachments at times, and had to direct the staff; had I not, the results would have been even worse. By the third year, the doctor gave up, and told me further treatments would be at an additional cost of $250+ per visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Very bad experience with these people, very disappointed. After we addressed the issues they said they could fix it but wanted us to pay full price again to fix them!! UNBELIEVABLE!! We expected them to fix THEIR MISTAKE at no charge.
