Absolutely abysmal customer service. Once they have your order they don’t want to know. Lack of contact and updates throughout my experience and had I read the reviews and spoken to friends about their shocking experiences first I wouldn’t have spent my money with them. They have also treated my husband with absolute disregard and despite loads of phone calls and messages we are still no nearer getting the bike he chose to purchase. We went in and ordered two bikes. Just bought my daughter her first road bike 125 Mutt excellent buying experience Jamie and Lyle were brilliant everything sorted very fast and efficient just 1 thing wouldn't throw in a suzuki hyabusa for nowt lol we will be buying from here again
Lied to, ignored, and sold a bike with worn brake pads I bought a BMW R1250 GS from Superbike Factory (Bradford branch), and it’s been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Chris, the salesman, clearly told me the bike would be ready for collection by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. That turned out to be a complete lie. The bike wasn’t ready until Friday, and that only happened after I chased them for 30+ minutes on the phone every single day.
