Lied to, ignored, and sold a bike with worn brake pads I bought a BMW R1250 GS from Superbike Factory (Bradford branch), and it’s been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Chris, the salesman, clearly told me the bike would be ready for collection by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. That turned out to be a complete lie. On my third bike from SBF, usually fast and and good service, a fair price and the usual options and costs you would expect. When buying a bike they are great. After sales service is however awful two weeks on from purchase they have messed up the finance, still haven't activated the tracker, don't respond to calls or emails and just pass you off to different departments. Very good at getting your money, awful post sales service.
Got my grom from here and the customer service was outstanding and they went above beyond to get me my bike the same day
Visited twice now was checking the width of a Vulcan to get through my garden gate unfortunately handlebars too wide looking too move house with wider gate lol. Staff let you get on with looking around not hovering but engaging when approached they need to be with you if you want to sit on a bike, no test drive but you can return within a reasonable milage and days. Good choice of bikes going again once I have decided on my second best choice a bit wierd having my main criteria has to fit though 90cm doorway.
The sale of my new to me motorcycle went without a hitch … when I came to pick the bike up that’s when the problem started. We noticed that the front tyre was bulging and not round. This was examined by their mechanic and deemed legal … it certainly wasn’t safe which was proved when I took the bike to a tyre specialist who condemned the front tyre and suggested the rear one was also not fit for the road as it had flat spots and been ridden so that it had been squared off.
