None of the sales team said do you need any help or even acknowledged us . A lot of the bikes looked scruffy and needed a good clean. My mate was interested in a bike there but because of the lack of interest of the sales staff bought from elsewhere
Excellent variety of kit and well worth a visit....
These guys hide prep costs on the ticket prices and haven’t given a refund on a deposit for a bike they cannot sell in a reasonable time frame as they don’t prepare the bikes before sale
Purchased a motorcycle from superbike factory and yes, the rumours of awful service are 100% true and accurate. Motorcycle was misrepresented in its condition and the service I would receive upon purchase. Damage that was not disclosed, late delivery which I had to chase about, waiting hours, yes, hours! To speak to customer services only to have the phone call drop after waiting long periods of time on the phone. After weeks of chasing and chasing and battling I got a refund. Terrible service. Would avoid at all costs. They are happy to take a deposit on a bike thats not been checked prior to sale. The bike ended up having serious running problems which was not fed back, constant phonecalls were made to try and find out what was happening with no return calls. Once the order had been cancelled after almost a month of continuous chasing….the deposit took 12 days of constant phonecalls to finally be refunded.
