Great Service! – My basement flooded the night before Thanksgiving and it was a virtual wading pool down there. Complete nightmare! As a new homeowner, I had no idea how to trouble-shoot what was going on with my drainage system. Rocky from Rite-way patiently stayed on the phone with me as we tried to remedy the problem, but I was unsuccessful in getting the subpump to drain. How do they stay on BUSINESS? – How do they stay on business? Life time warranty? Never happen. They didn't finish job properly on time, and we still have problem. Long ago the owner promised me fixing the problem, so I payed to him full amount, but now that company tells me to pay again and pay extra. AND THEY REFUSE EVERYTHING WAHT THE OWNER IPROMISED ME, BECAUSE HE IS RETIRED!!! I payed full amount to Rite-Way Waterproofing, because they say LIFE TIME WARRANTY. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS. YOU'll regret.
