They performed chimney inspection, lint replacement, leak repair, odor removal, chimney cap cleaning, and also cleaned my gas fireplace and wood stove. The entire process was smooth, and their team was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. I arranged an estimate with Eric for Tuesday at 11am. He never showed and called hours later to reschedule for Weds, today. Great! He calls to confirm the appointment and I asked him to come an hour later since my floors were being cleaned at that time. He agrees and arrives at 12pm. I ask him to remove his work boots covered in paint since, as previously mentioned to him, the floors were just professionally cleaned.
