After purchasing a roll Of fencing and being Assured it Would be delivered the next day (last Thursday), I had to contact the sales man on Monday asking where the delivery is because nothing has showed up yet, I was told it was due to shipper sending it to warehouse. They had what I needed, in and out Nice for a Friday
Poor customer service and product support. I decided to replace my wooden fence with a vinyl one as the irrigation system was causing an understandable amount of rotting in the wooden one. I was told that this wouldn’t be a problem with a vinyl fence and was given a story about how a house had been sold because the prospective buyers were so impressed with it’s vinyl fence which was still looking emaculate after many years.
