Worst experience I've had with a construction business. Asked to install a chain-link fence in my backyard in mid-July. Told installation couldn't start until late September. Had to keep asking for more information on an actual install date, with no answers. Finally got a response for an install date 3 days from the time of the response. Fantastic customer service Cathy is pleasant to deal with super helpful and very honest. the installers did a great job cleaned up after themselves I couldnt even tell they were there other then the new fence was up. highly recommend and will be using them again for the fence around the rest of my yard! thanks Rite-Way Fencing for everything!
