Tristan was amazing! It has been raining all morning and I don’t have a shelter or garage at my house. Instead of re-scheduling, we went to the closest car wash. He said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. In the pouring rain he changed my glass in under a hour and I can honestly say this was one of the most seamless transitions. My daughters windshield was broken and they replaced it and in the process they broke the molding around the window. After speaking with them they said they would order the piece they broke and replace it. That was last time they answered anything. The main office in Lexington was even called and they said they would call a tech and get it fixed and return our call and still yet nothing and it’s been around 6 weeks now so they don’t know what they are doing and if they break it your just screwed and you have to find someone ... read more
