Had my 1995 f 150 done in morehead by Devin very fast and super nice great job
Technician did good job. However, after install, was unable to calibrate because they didn't have e software. Must go to dealer now (1.5 hours away) and pay or fight with insurance company because riteway was supposed to do it. Would not have been so bad if they would have informed me they didn't have the software then I could have went to dealer in first place. Just poor service.
Scheduled a windshield replacement with Rightway Glass in Morehead and they took me completely off the schedule without any notice. I sat around waiting all day between 8 and 5, called to find out what was going on, and didn't hear back until 7 PM that I'd been removed. Zero communication, total waste of my time. If you can't show up or stick to the appointment, at least have the decency to let the customer know. Won't be using them again.
