Scheduled a windshield replacement with Rightway Glass in Morehead and they took me completely off the schedule without any notice. I sat around waiting all day between 8 and 5, called to find out what was going on, and didn't hear back until 7 PM that I'd been removed. Zero communication, total waste of my time. If you can't show up or stick to the appointment, at least have the decency to let the customer know. Won't be using them again. Happy Customer: Just had my windshield replaced. Devin was the tech that did the service and he had a great friend attitude and was very professional. I can tell he is very skilled at what he does and the job was completed within 45 minutes. Tristan was amazing! It has been raining all morning and I don’t have a shelter or garage at my house. Instead of re-scheduling, we went to the closest car wash. He said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. In the pouring rain he changed my glass in under a hour and I can honestly say this was one of the most seamless transitions.
