I had a poor experience with this shop. I called ahead to confirm they could align my Tesla and accept my Groupon. They confirmed, so I took time off and drove nearly two hours. On arrival, the young man at the front desk (who claimed to be the manager) repeatedly asked how much I paid, though they had access to that information. No comments are need to be made. Use at your own risk. Energy was totally off. Fast talkers. Went right around the corner to prestige auto repair and tires for better customer service. No matter what services you get, as a customer spending their money, you never want someone to make you feel uncomfortable and that’s what I felt when I went in and immediately left asked Groupon for a refund because I am a reviewer and it can be 3 bad reviews but the bad definitely outweighed the good reviews. Use at your own risk. ⚠️
