Went in ti get brake pads and rotors replaced. Carlos was great and advise me on what I need without upselling anything. He was honest and told me I only needed to replace the pads on one axle and quoted me a lot mire reasonable price compared to Jiffy lube, Midas and other competitors. Will definitely be back.
Very nice and honest guys and great customer service! I came in tonight with a very low rear left tire right before closing time. The guys looked over my tire not wanting me to leave if it needed a plug or replacement. Luckily there was no puncture, so they filled my tire with air, checked all my other tires and sent me on my way. They told me that they wanted me to be safe and wanted to make sure all was right. We went to this place just to have our tires checked, and the experience was very unpleasant. The gentleman named Carlos who assisted us was extremely curt and abrupt from the start, with no willingness to explain or help. You expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism, even for a simple check. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not return or recommend this place. Terrible service. Rude staff, zero friendliness, and complete lack of respect. I do not recommend it at all. Pésimo servicio. Trato grosero, cero amabilidad y total falta de respeto. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
