RecommendedI want to give a shout out to Rite Temp Heating and Air, LLC they came to fix our inside coils on our AC and the part that was shipped from the manufacturer was leaking. Although this could've been an easy fix and we wouldn't have even known any different, Bryon explained the issue and called immediately to get another one ordered. Excellent service and professional staff.
Called Rite Temp at 8:45 tonight because of having no air. Technician arrived around 9 and had us up and running in 20 minutes.
Out AC fan went out today and it was HOT. Within 15 minutes of calling, the technician (Eric) was at our house and 20 minutes later he was heading down the road and we have AC again! We are so so thankful and he was kind, courteous and so professional!
The best heating and air company in the Midlands! They have very reasonable rates and there employees are friendly.
Doug M is a past employee of Rite Temp and he left and started his own company Elite Heating Rite Temp helped him get his license and then he writes neg posts about them that say's a lot for his charicter
