My air conditioner has been broken since the end of February. My warranty company has sent 2 other companies out and the whole outside unit had been replaced. The last company came through 9 separate times with different diagnoses, made me pay thousands out of pocket for what the warranty company wouldn’t pay, and took over 2 hot months to get the air fixed…temporarily. First American Home Warranty assigned Rite Temp Express, LLC to fix my 2 ton high efficiency gas furnace. I already had my personal HVAC Technician diagnosis the issue prior to calling First American Home Warranty. When Rite Temp Express came to look at the furnace I was relieved to know that the technician confirmed that the motherboard was bad and the part was no longer available. After having 3-5 previous technicians come look at our unit through the warranty company we got lucky with the rite temp team and ended up receiving a brand new unit. Something all the previous technicians that came out missed. I would recommend this company time and time again!
didn’t show up and won’t answer the phones. Edit Ok they fixed it. The tech knew what he was doing, which I can’t say for the 2 other companies. Simple fix, but nobody else could figure it out. Thank you
"The negative part of our service experience was not with the technician but with the office of Rite Temp Express HVAC, LLC. It was almost impossible to contact them directly. Their phone went to voicemail and that was almost always full and not receiving messages. They didn’t respond to any of the messages I was lucky enough to leave.
