FAHW sent this company because my heat was out. They arrived promptly the next day. The techs were professional and knowledgeable.
Didn’t fix the heat, said they did, left. Basically left before I could talk with them.
If I could give zero reviews and still be able to comment, I would do that. I’ve waited months and months for a thermostat. Brave the Georgia heat wave and for today 5 August 2025 it’s pouring down raining for the technician to come out take my thermostat off and not even put the thermostat on that. I waited months for. My air conditioner has been broken since the end of February. My warranty company has sent 2 other companies out and the whole outside unit had been replaced. The last company came through 9 separate times with different diagnoses, made me pay thousands out of pocket for what the warranty company wouldn’t pay, and took over 2 hot months to get the air fixed…temporarily. First American Home Warranty assigned Rite Temp Express, LLC to fix my 2 ton high efficiency gas furnace. I already had my personal HVAC Technician diagnosis the issue prior to calling First American Home Warranty. When Rite Temp Express came to look at the furnace I was relieved to know that the technician confirmed that the motherboard was bad and the part was no longer available.
