Chad at Rite Tech Plumbing was excellent. He responded to my message within a couple of hours, quickly identified that my hot water tank needed to be replaced right away, and was at my house the very next day. He removed the old tank and installed the new one quickly and cleanly, and everything was done in a very professional manner. I was really impressed with his service and I would highly recommend Chad for any plumbing work, especially hot water tank repairs or replacements. Very happy with the work.

Professional, on time, and respectable. Chad had to fix a handyman’s work of misaligning the p-trap after I had a new vanity countertop installed. He also found the shut-off valves slowly leaking - which the handyman did not inform me of. Chad installed a new p-trap and shut-off valves in bathroom vanity and kitchen too for preventative measures. Sure glad this was done! All the valve seals were disintegrated. Top notch workmanship, efficient and very clean. Thank you!

Chad and Rite Tech will have all of my plumbing business going forward. He was on time, his quote was 100% correct and was less expensive than the big guys. I need some boiler work done as well and while he was here, he took the information, and ordered me a rare part. Above and beyond. Quit scrolling and just call him.

Dec 2024, was finding it difficult to get someone to pull a new gas line for my gas stove. Chad/ Rite- Tech showed up as promised, provided an accurate estimate ( with permit and advice on anti- tip bracket etc) and the job was completed promptly. Fully satisfied with his approach and work Noel

Rite Tech Plumbing has done multiple projects to improve the plumbing within our home which included: changing our hot water tank, installing a water softener, fixing our bathroom faucets, and updating our outdoor taps as we needed for use.
