Dec 2024, was finding it difficult to get someone to pull a new gas line for my gas stove. Chad/ Rite- Tech showed up as promised, provided an accurate estimate ( with permit and advice on anti- tip bracket etc) and the job was completed promptly. Fully satisfied with his approach and work Noel
Rite Tech Plumbing has done multiple projects to improve the plumbing within our home which included: changing our hot water tank, installing a water softener, fixing our bathroom faucets, and updating our outdoor taps as we needed for use. I would highly recommend Chad and Rite Tech Plumbing for all your residential needs.
Had a new water heater installed within an hour. Good and fast service
Update: Hot water tank went the eve before the long weekend. Not only did Chad answer the phone at 9 pm but he got the replacement tank in the following day. I appreciate the responsiveness. However it turns out he installed it in a place that made the furnace inaccessible. He refused to correct his error and expected me to pay him to move it. I ended up having to get it moved (fire hazard that it was) and paid another plumber who charged me less than Chad’s quote and not only addressed the fire hazard but routed the pipes p... read more
Thanks Chad! Toilet stopped flushing late Friday night. Called early Saturday morning and Chad came out in a couple hours. Professional, knowledgeable & honest. 3 things fixed - fill valve, flapper & shut off valve. Will definitely recommend to family, friends & neighbors. I will be getting all my plumbing needs through Rite Tech. Best of all, he’s dog friendly
