THE worst experience buying fresh new carpet for the first time in years.. We went in and were greeted nicely and then the experienced sales person handed us off to an UNexperienced sales newbie.. Who then proceeded to give us a qoute.. We accepted.. were then asked to make a 100 dollar downpayment which in the end was not deducted from our total. RUDE. salesmen stare you down as you walk in. after 15-20 minutes we were there, a guy named bob hunter (morse rd, cols) came to ask if he can help. we asked for the price per square footage on an item, and he decided to do a complete price quote. after he came up with a total that was not in our budget, he acted like we wasted his time. first of all, we never approached him to ask for help. secondly, we didnt ask for the whole works, just price per sq. ft. then he made us look like we were lying when we told him that a comp... read more
