This agency and Rajvir have been completely dishonest and unethical. I used to be a tenant in one of the properties in Box Hill. I accidentally sent money to Rajvir’s account, and instead of simply returning it, she refused to give it back, even after I showed her all the proof. This is not just unprofessional — it’s shameful behaviour. She clearly knew the money wasn’t hers, yet she still decided to keep it.
