We contacted Rite Price to provide a quote and fix our air con. All the motors were broken... Barely working. They came 2 weeks later to install AND holy moly our aircon works! Too well! I think our usage prior was so ineffective and costing $$$.
Had a gas ducted heating system installed by this lot in 2016. Been problematic ever since and now needs a new PCB at a cost of $750. Not impressed.
Great from start to finish. Paul Coom is probably the most professional person I've encountered in any field. Prompt, highly efficient, everything is done in a very timely manner. Could not fault. Such an asset to this company. Crystal from the office is helpful and handled everything professionally. Finally, a shout out to the Djorem crew, 3 great guys who installed a new rc ducted and had to remove the previous ducted gas and refrigerated system. Great service from start to finish. The install team did a fantastic job. Outstanding customer service throughout the process. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for air conditioning in adelaide.
Absolute rip offs .. use the smaller business not these jokers!!!!!
