Purchased a $3000+ wax melter. Worked 3 times before it was not able to turn on. Tried repeatably to get help from the business but they claim there isn't a major fault because this happens frequently. They are knowingly selling a machine that apparently takes moisture in from the air causing the electrical to stop working. Even if I was to fix it this time, they said it will happen if the machine is not used daily which was never mentioned in the product description. Do not buy from them.
