After getting 7 estimates, we chose Mike at Rite Fence because he seemed to be a really kind and understanding person. First impression was, sadly, misleading. Mike and Anthony completed a rolling gate for me that, as of this morning, does not function and will need repair. We anticipated this would happen and called several times with our concern and were met with Anthony being rude (and sexist). Terrible terrible. The whole job was rushed. They didnt even used a table to cut the wood. The assistant cut the would while the owner held the wood in his hands. Truly unbelievable. The edges were rough on the fencing that they did cut. They Installed a gate that after 2 weeks would not close.We called them to fix it 2 times and it still doesn't close right. I am going to have to call another fence company to do the repair.Very unprofessional in workmanship and demeanor.
