I had my first appointment with Dr. Valliani and was blown away by how organized, thorough, and positive both him and his staff were. Lauren, the scheduling coordinator, Allison, the dental assistant who roomed me and Dr. Valliani provided top notch care and a great first impression!
This is a terrible place! They gave me a flier claiming I would receive a free exam and xrays but when I arrived for my appointment I was told that I would have to pay for my appointment. When I asked why I was told that the promotion had ended but there was no date on the flier. I had told them I had the flier when I made the appointment.
I came across rite choice dental and called in for a quick cleaning. My Thoughts on my initial visit was … friendly and helpful staff Dr. Rassner cleaned my teeth squeaky clean. I have a cavity and he provided consultation on having it fixed. No complaints amazing service & affordable prices. I’m definitely coming back !!
I left disappointed after my recent dental cleaning. The appointment only included polishing and flossing there was no scaling or tartar removal, which is a standard as part of the cleaning Unfortunately, I’ll now have to book another appointment elsewhere to get the proper care. It’s a shame, because I genuinely liked the environment and team.
