I brought my car here and couldn't be happier with the results. They fixed up my bumper, repaired the sensors, handled the painting, and replaced the back lights, all flawlessly and for a fantastic price. Very disappointing experience! The work took longer than what they said, communication was poor, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. For the amount of time and money involved, I expected much better customer service and quality of work. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
Excellent repair shop! I brought my girlfriend’s Audi in because the driver’s window regulator had broken, leaving the window stuck. They quickly got the correct OEM-style regulator, completed the repair in about 20 minutes, and had us back on the road the very same day. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs reliable auto repairs!
I recently had my car repaired here, and overall they did a great job. The body work was excellent—everything looks as good as new, and you’d never be able to tell there was any damage. The staff was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and finished the repairs in a reasonable timeframe. What really stood out was that they also detailed the car before returning it. It was a nice touch and definitely appreciated—the car looked clean and polished inside and out when I picked it up.
