Contacted ahead of time/day before to go see a car. Day of I say I will be there in 2 hours, then update again for 20 minutes. Once I get there it is locked, no one is there. I am told someone will be there soon. 40 minutes later I decide to stop waiting and leave and let them know. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER they contact saying they'll be there in 10 minutes and I should come back to look at the car because it runs great blahblahblah. Came in knowing the vehicle I was after was a salvage title, so expectations were kind of low. However, the car I got runs great, drives straight, and my 16 year old doesn't have to worry too much about scratching it, lol. Alex was awesome, and super transparent about pricing. Make sure to do all your due diligence about the car purchase of course, but they were friendly and open about everything.
