One of the worse Rite Aid stores I have ever been too.... EMPLOYEES VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY WILLIAM WHO WORKS IN THE PHARMACY...Total disrespectful Now I see why CVC purchased this total garbage company hopefully they with get rid of all absolutely Worthless employees !!!and derelict management...BYE BYE WORTHLESS 👋 RITEAID

I usually get my prescriptions filled overseas, but occasionally over the past several years I’ve had to get them filled at this Rite Aid. I’d estimate having done this about 20-25 times. I kid you not when I say that they have gotten my prescriptions completely wrong 100% of the time. They have NEVER ONCE filled out a prescription correctly. On three separate occasions, they filled prescriptions for several months worth of meds by giving me a bottle with 1 pill in it. Let me say that again: 1 pill. No joke. And they always ... read more

Pharmacy staff are rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful to customers. They have a sign at the waitline asking customers to refrain from disrespectful behavior. My question would be: why do they have to have a sign like that? Maybe they are the ones who are disrespectful and they are getting back what they dish out. They have consistently lied about when our prescriptions would be ready just to inconvenience us and have to come back to pick up. I'm giving one star only because zero isn't an option. I had surgery two days ago and I’m still in a lot of pain, so my doctor called in a prescription. The Rite Aid pharmacist refused to fill it because my doctor forgot to include my address. Despite my doctor regularly sending prescriptions to this location for the past 15 years, the pharmacist made no effort to call the doctor or notify me. Absolutely agree with all the negative reviews ! Worst Pharmacy in the area They should shut this store down shelves are empty and two employees chatting with each other instead of stocking shelves Please as a senior citizen take your scripts elsewhere They can't read scripts and then give you attitude when you call them out I am done with them I will gladly pay higher prices to get service with a smile and the right amount of drugs Absolutely terrible

I went to the Hanover Rite Aid by the McDonalds, nothing on the shelves, I tried the one in town, same thing but what I was able to buy was a total rip. I am done with both. Save your time and money and go to Walmart. Yikes.

Rite Aid Pharmacy in Woodinville, WA takes the cake for absolutely worst customer service. They couldn't get my prescriptions right and blamed it on another pharmacy where I got it filled several months prior. The pharmacist was mean and abrupt and it was obvious she did not care the least bit to try and be helpful. She even lied and made excuses not to help then told me to go to another pharmacy. UPDATE... I have contacted the number as advised by the person that apologized for the horrific treatment that I received and who wanted to "FIX THIS PROBLEM" on my google review but that number was to a regular customer service number which was all automated and then hung up on me! Also, Today I had the Displeasure of speaking with Tiffany at this location! I don't know why these people cannot afford to be decent and helpful or why they try so incredibly hard to make up excuses to NOT DO THEIR JOBS, but it is almost comical... read more
