Extremely disappointed, went to get 2 photos printed, my phone would not link, asked employee and she said that it worked for an iPhone earlier but didn't work for an Android later, sorry, she didn't try to figure out what was wrong or say that it was called in to be fixed, I downloaded the pictures to the SD card and used it, something my mom would not be able to do, horrible customer service.
