Called Thursday to request my prescriptions be transferred. I was told they would get to it "when they had the chance" (I could tell that the lady on the phone really did not give a crap and that it likely wouldn't happen at all). Nothing happened Thursday so I submitted the transfer online Friday since the weekend was coming. Called again today and was told, "we can try to do that again on Monday." Great experience so far. Way to go SUCKgreens.
It smells soooo bad like sewer and the store is filthy
Waited 15 minutes before someone even came up to help me because they were busy talking in the back, then they said my medicine wasn't ready even though I got a text message and email that it was ready. And the lady said she didn't know what to tell me but it wasn't ready an she didn't know when it would be. This place is just getting worse an worse. And then they laugh and gossip about customers right in front of other customers. I just don't understand it.
The pharmacy staff is lazy and unprofessional. They do not care about filling your prescription on time. They take no initiative. We used to like getting our prescriptions refilled here but lately things have gotten out of control with constant product shortages and lazy workers.
