My experience had been that prescriptions are NEVER started until you walk in, which is supremely annoying for prescriptions that have been called in by a physician hours or even days before. And impossible to get through to pharmacy...I just got cut off four times in a row; fifth time received circa-1982 busy signal. Really? Do phone systems even COME with that retro-tech any more? The people here are always very quick and friendly.
This is easily the worst possible place you can get a prescription filled. The staff is incompetent, it takes them forever to fill a simple prescription, your medicine will never be ready when they tell you. Go to QFC, go to Bartells, drive to Marysville or Burlington. Go ANYWHERE but RiteAid pharmacy in Stanwood.
