Store looks like it is going out of business. Ask cashier if they were going out of business and she said they that they are not going out of business. Shelves are empty and don't have everything you might be looking for.
Second time a prescription I placed taking over a month to fill. I placed the order on October 6 or so and received a robot call that it wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered. I’m astonished that no associate never tried to contact me to let me know of the status. I called 5 November to inquire about the prescription and the associate said it would be in Friday 8 November. I began to ask another question and the woman hung up on me! When Rite Aid says we care about you, they don’t.
