I was literally just ignored by pharmacy staff as they walked around and did other things while I waited for over 15 minutes to be helped. There was over 4 staff there with no other customers. Ridiculous and stuck up. You are in CUSTOMER SERVICE act like it. (Coming from a healthcare worker)
Going out of business. Very sad.
They HAD a booming business here after Safeway closed leaving a smoking crater in the middle of our neighborhood. And now Rite Aid has mismanaged this location so badly that they they ran it straight into the ground leaving yet ANOTHER useless smoking crater in the middle of our neighborhood. They spent the last 2 years short handed, under stocked, under staffed, and essentially useless. Way to throw away a sure-thing, Rite Aid. Now, just get out of here.
