The Rite Aid Pharmacy in Spokane Valley on Sprague @ Pines is 24 hours and they have filled my prescriptions efficiently for several years, although I’ve not been able to get them within an hour. I don’t need my meds in an hour, so that never bothered me. I can pick up in the afternoon or the next day. No problem. The reason I’m not giving them 5 stars because it is difficult to reach them by phone. The wait time is always long no matter when I call. By the time insurance had covered their portion of an over the counter drug I was buying, I still owed a quarter. An employee (possibly managerial?) gave a quarter of his own so I (and the cashier) would not have to break a twenty. A small thing maybe, but it made a big, good impression on me!
