I completely understand that the pharmacy is and has been very short staffed, but the fact that this location has shut off/stopped answering the phone is not okay. I should not have to stand in line for 40 minutes to have a medication question answered. This is unprofessional and not in patients’ best interest. Rite Aid corporate- you can do better. Staff your pharmacies appropriately!Â
