45 min hold on Friday - no answer. 30 min hold on Saturday - no answer. 35 min hold on Tuesday - no answer. Starting to think they are just leaving the phone off the hook. Store is also very dirty - dust/grime on all of the shelves & products. Rarely has anything in stock. No one mans the counter at checkout
Waited for 28 minutes on the phone to speak to a human. It then took them 2.5 days to refill the prescription. THEN, I waited in line for over 15 minutes at the store to pick it up. Nightmare.
