I went to pick up my prescription, which I have taken my entire life. The pharmacy staff member, Jacqueline, informed me that prescriptions at this location are not run through insurance and that they “only use GoodRx.” This statement is factually incorrect and demonstrates a lack of proper training. Staff were professional and polite.
Seriously pathetic. Barely any over the counter meds for sale.
All staff is well educated and very friendly. They are quick and efficient.
