The main store is nice and newly remodeled. There are always employees around to help. I only had a few bad experiences with employees following and watching me a bit too much while I shopped. Made me feel like a criminal and very uncomfortable. The pharmacy has nice employees but I have run into a lot of hassles getting even basic medication. More times than I can count they didn't have my medication. The local pharmacies have better service are cheaper and treat you like a person.
No matter when you turn in a prescription it is never ready or there is hassle . It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to even get to the pharmacy counter. Then you get told you're either out of refills or you have to wait for the pharmacist to get back from lunch. If you had to turn in a prescription ,add another 15 to 20 mins to your time wasted.
One of the only drug stores in town. Everyone is friendly, clean store. They had what I needed and I got in and out.
A FINE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION...AFTER SPENDING TIME IN EACH OF THE LOCAL PARADISE, CA DRUGSTORES WHEN FIRST MOVING HERE FOUR YEARS AGO, RITE AID STOOD OUT ABOVE THE OTHERS. AVAILABILITY OF STAFF TO HELP LOCATE REQUESTS, RAINCHECKS WHEN REQUESTED, WIDE AISLES WITH GOOD LIGHTING, EASILY REACHABLE SHELF DISPLAYS, AND COMPETITIVE PRICING AND SALES ARE CONSISTENT GIVENS AT THIS LOCATION. THANK YOU RITE AID STAFF AND MANAGEMENT FOR YOUR POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
