I went about 8:15pm, the store had noone else there. The pharmacist was very helpful and helped me to work put what information he needed from my insurance card. He was very polite and patient with me. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Horrible!!! They have now left me hanging five on my inhalers!!! Said they'd call the doctor to figure out insurance coverage and never did so here I am with no inhaler again thanks to them!
People in the pharmacy are extremely rude, and quite honestly lazy. I had a medication I’ve been prescribed for a few years now and I ended up getting a secondary insurance, with my first insurance I was already paying nothing for this prescription so the secondary would obviously just be extra coverage if anything were to change, well once I got this insurance they told me my medication would be over $400 and they basically told me I needed to do any digging to sort it out, so I did and they still told me it wouldn’t work, ... read more
Pharmacy tech EXTREMELY rude. I asked my husband to pick up a refill on my prescription along with his and they very rudely stated I have nothing there. He asked them to look up my name and provided my birthday as he knew I had multiple prescriptions with them and have for a long time they REFUSED to even look up my name. I need my prescriptions, who refuses to look up someones profile for something as important as medications? Additionally, everytime I call them I sit on hold for at least 30 min.
