Worst customer service ever waited over 45 min at the drive window and when I received help I got major attitude. Everyone seems so confused in there. Giving them one star is a compliment save yourself the hassle and go to Owens across the street.
Kay C. I'm very pleased with the pharmacy in Palo Cedro. We live in Shingletown, a 45 minute drive, so we do some of our prescription work on the phone. Everyone is friendly and helpful. As with most medical facilities, it's sometimes helpful to call a few times to make sure all is the way you thought it was. :-) But this isn't limited to the pharmacy.
I'm so tired of the same problems with this pharmacy! They are rude and don't bother leaving a message for a prescription cause they will just tell your patients that they don't have it instead of checking!!
Very happy with my recent visit. Everyone was nice and helpful. Glad to have a major drug store close to home!
I was very sad to see both of the local pharmacies in Palo Cedro were taken over by Rite Aid. But I thought I would go ahead and try them since they apparently had all of my information on file from Foothill. I dropped off my prescription on a Monday and returned Friday to learn they had not yet filled my prescription. After waiting a good half hour they told me they were out of the medication.
