Nice one tucked away, never really too busyÂ
I've been using the pipersville Riteaid for 30+ years in 2 locations. The staff is friendly and hard working. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it. I highly recommend.Â
Used the drive thru to pick up my RX - there were people moving around - one person actually 5 feet from the window but nothing. I pushed the call twice button - nothing- I just sat there for close to 10 minutes when finally one person finally came over - the one at the counter just pretended to not see me. All I ask is a simple "hello, we'll be with you in a moment". I gave them 4 stars cause the person who actually helped me was so nice. The others need customer service training.Â
I will never use this pharmacy again, the lady checking me out at the pharmacy register was so blatantly rude and ignorant to me. When ringing my prescriptions out, I was unaware to what some of the medications were due to urgent care not explaining them. When I asked about the one prescription and how I don’t think I want to purchase that specific item because I don’t know what it is.
