I’ve been using RiteAid Rx exclusively for the last 7 years and have been very happy with the different locations that I’ve used as I’ve moved. Started using this location a year ago and I’ve had a good experience with them so far. I recommend using RiteAid as your pharmacy.
I would leave harsher words for the pharmacy, but I think that would get this post deleted. The pharmacists are rude and unprofessional. As unhelpful as they are uncaring. First pharmacy I’ve ever seen where they wear tank tops. The terrible attitudes and laziness are amplified by how good the rest of the store is at customer service. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
This place is centrally located, but the customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. I was expecting prescription and went several times to pick up. They never contacted me to say they were ready, so I just had to drop in to find out they were not ready. They blamed my PCP rather that reaching out to the provider office to get the information they needed. The Male pharmacist at the Warrenton Rite Aid, is FANTASTIC!!! His customer service goes above and beyond in his ability to get the lowest price for his cash paying customers. I paid more than double from the female pharmacist and she is not nearly as polite as the male pharmacist. Judging by my age alone, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with my gender, with regard to this situation. For this reason, I gave a 4 star rating versus a 5 star.
