I just called and spoke with a female technician from the pharmacy, and was then transferred to a man than did not identify his position I asked him a couple of questions about my script he answered to his knowledge and then said let me ask the pharmacist and didn’t ask for my contact number just hung up the phone rudely as if it doesn’t matter that I am a customer I tried to call back and I decided after listening to the call center lady keep saying I’m here just waiting for someone to pick up I decided to let everyone know... read more

Impossible to get good customer service. Disorganized and poorly run.

While most pharmacies have at least a few hours on Labor Day, this one is closed. As are almost all Walgreens. In fact, the only one open for 200 miles is in Buffalo. So from Sunday at 5pm to Tuesday at 8am, people who need prescriptions refilled are out of luck. Christmas and New Year's I can see, but this is not a bank. What other holidays will it be closed? This is the fifth drug store in this location since we moved here- and they have all gotten less customer friendly as they have been taken over.

Excellent Service, kind and efficient. I ran into an emergency shortage of diabetic drugs. The staff was superb in getting my prescription refilled and the drugs I needed quickly.
