Understaffed, pharmacy delays have caused me to reschedule my drs appointment, not very friendly, was not helpful in helping me resolve my problem with a prescription on my last call a few weeks ago. Person in pharmacy last time was very rude. Pharmacist today hopefully resolved the issue. She was knowledgeable and knew what to do. Friendly and courteous. So I gave a 3 as an average for today and last time. TÂ
