I went to this Rite Aid on Saturday morning and tried to purchase my feminine products using my FSA card. They denied me twice. The cashier was not very helpful nor friendly. She treated me as if she didn't believe I had the money. Turns out they haven't updated their database yet to show that you can NOW purchase feminine products with your FSA card. I am big on customer service and should never be treated as if I am a liar. Customer is always right! I am going to find my receipt and put in another complaint. Rite Aid needs... read more
