I find it interesting did it takes rite aid pharmacy to fill a prescription and it takes them 6 1/2 to 7 hours to fill I was told they could it could be ready as soon as 2:30 so why wasn't it filled at 12 pm????? This pharmacy is seriously lacking in business practice we are not patience we're customers and the business is not listening which is totally lame!!!!!
I came to the pharmacy twenty minutes before closing. Daniel the pharmacist and a younger lady was working that department. There was a long line and I was most impressed with how the young lady (didn't see or catch her name) handled a rude customer very well. The lady was yelling about how she hadn't been acknowledged, (yes, it's nice to be acknowledged... but it's not like they didn't know she was there. There was a long line.
