Randomly stopped allowing me to pay for meds online and have them shipped to me because I rarely have time to go in. NEVER answers their phone when I call, constantly understaffed. Still doing the stupid lunch break thing even though COVID has been over forever. At this point, the feds need to step in and start requiring these companies to staff appropriately and ensure they are open ALL DAY during business hours so that the people who rely on them can live their lives.
