Best pharmacy every made best customer service praying they stay open
Poor customer service. Prescription was called in by Doctor at 9pm just before closing. Followed up with a call at approximately 1pm ( 16 hours later to make sure that Rite Aid received the call in RX prescription). They said they had received it and needed 90 minutes to fill the prescription. Well I gave them 5 hours to get it done and re called to make sure it would be ready and available, and was told 15 minutes and it would be ready.
