What the heck is going on with this Rite Aid in this upscale shopping center? Half the shelves are empty. Came in looking for supplies for an injury, I got the last hydrogen peroxide, there was no antibiotic ointment. I asked the cashier, what's going on? "They don't tell me nuthin." Really professional. What about your manager? "He don't know either. "
The workers really went above and beyond for us! My boyfriend needed an inhaler, when the workers saw us buy a nasal spray instead of an inhaler (we didn’t know the difference), they walked to our car and alerted us that what we bought isn’t what we needed, they walked us back inside and handed us what we actually needed, and we didn’t have to pay for anything again! They let us return the nasal spray and get the inhaler🥺, truly the sweetest workers!
Saddest rite aid i ever been to. The entire store looks like its ready to close business
