I see that they're filling up the store and the pharmacy workers are very nice and helpful.
We have always loved this pharmacy - but our experience after my husband's surgery was horrendous. The pharmacy was running behind and when we stopped to pick up his post-op medications (that the surgeon said he had called in 4 hours earlier) we were told we would have to 'wait our turn'. It was after 6:00 p.m. and we did not get his pain meds until 7:50 pm. I asked to have the prescriptions transferred and they said we couldn't. We were stuck. Very Nice People ! Pharmacy is Good ! . . however the Store is poorly managed and poorly stocked, and always appears as though it is ready to close up and go out of business ☹️
The staff at this pharmacy are belligerently rude and outstandingly incompetent. They have somehow messed up my wife's insurance information for six months, acted like it was our fault they're incapable of reading and operating their own systems, and then get snooty over medication that costs less than $20. Not sure how these people got jobs in the first place, one would think at the very least they should be competent enough to handle their own systems before being so grossly condescending.
